Born and raised in Pine Plains, New York, Ann now resides in the Town of Gallatin with her husband and she is currently a member of the Gallatin Zoning Board of Appeals and a long standing board member of the Little Nine Partners Historical Society in Pine Plains.
She has been selling real estate since the mid 1980's when she started with H. W. Guernsey Real Estate which has now merged with Compass Real Estate. Ann has strong family ties to this area. Her grandfather owned and operated a large dairy farm in Ancramdale, while her sister is an owner of Ronnybrook Farm and Dairy. Her mother also ran a successful real estate business for many years specializing in Northern Dutchess and Southern Columbia Counties which is the area in which Ann specializes with an avid interest in maintaining the rural and historic character of the area.
In 2023, Ann co-produced a documentary titled "Our Farms, Our Farmers" which can be viewed on LNPHS.org. Ann is very proud of this film which was chosen to be shown this past year 2023 at the Chatham Film Festival,, Montclair NJ Film Festival and the Dutchess County Fair. Ann is an active member of the Mid-Hudson MLS and the Columbia-Greene & Northern Dutchess MLS
